We ship worldwide. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping zone.

Every piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to order, thus it takes approximately 7-14 days to be made and ship out. If you require your order by a certain date, please send us an email with your name and order, and we will try our best to make it happen.

All orders will be shipped from Malaysia. The average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days, while the average delivery time for international orders is 7-15 business days. An email with your tracking information will be provided when your order has been shipped.

Returns

Every piece of jewelry you bought should mean something to you. With reasonable care, it will last a lifetime. We hope you don't purchase from us on a sudden impulse. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on personalized items, everything is made to order meaning that all sales are final. Buy less, choose well, make it last.
